Information you enter
The enquiry form prepares an email draft in the current browser page. Completing the form or selecting “Prepare enquiry” does not submit it to a server. The page does not save enquiries in cookies or local storage.
You decide when to send
“Open in email app” passes the draft to your email application. The message is sent to the recipient only when you send it there. Downloaded drafts are saved in the location you choose. Avoid including unrelated personal information or confidential business details.
After an email is received
The company reception team follows up on product enquiries. The company mailbox uses Microsoft 365. The website does not retain a copy of the email. To ask about the handling, retention or deletion of a sent message, contact the reception mailbox with the date and subject of the original message.
Access, correction and contact preferences
To request access, correction or deletion of information in a previous enquiry, or to stop follow-up contact, email the address below with the date and subject needed to locate your message. Do not send identity documents, payment details or unrelated sensitive information through the website.
Website operation
The website is hosted on Alibaba Cloud. Routine website access logging is disabled, and the website does not use analytics or advertising tracking. Diagnostic error logs may contain request paths and client addresses; access is limited to server operations. The current log and up to seven daily rotated backups are retained. Website enquiries are not written to the internal ERP.
